FSA: Adult Fitness Class

Monday - Thursday: 9am, 12pm, 6:30pm

Friday: 9am, 12pm, 5:30pm

Saturday: 12pm

We place emphasis on the core fundamentals of human movement. FSA designs and programs daily workouts by balancing the primary movement patterns of squat, hinge, push, and pull. When incorporating  these concepts the risk of injury is significantly reduced and by using this approach we begin to develop our members' understanding of utilizing unconventional training methods and tools.

This being done in a group setting of 2-12 people brings on a sense of camaraderie, friendship, and accountability while having fun and learning. Our meticulous approach to implementing correct technique yields undeniable gains in strength, endurance, posture, and self confidence.

Mansfield Fight Team: MMA Fitness and Training

Monday - Thursday: 7:30pm

Saturday: 1pm

Out of our sheer passion for the combative arts we are pleased to bring the first MMA program to Mansfield, Texas. Led by long-time competitor and highly respected MMA veteran, Douglas Frey, we have great expectations for the Mansfield Fight Team.

Even if you never plan on competing, but desire an effective way to lose weight, get in shape, and learn a proven form of self defense, our program is for you.

You will learn various techniques from catch wrestling, no-gi submission grappling, Muay Thai, and Dutch-style kickboxing. MMA classes will consist of : mobility warm-ups, technique drills, live action drills, technical sparring, and strength and conditioning.
