LIMITED** Access to 2 Group Fitness Classes a Week per Limited Membership, good for one month.

We place emphasis on the core fundamentals of human movement. FSA designs and programs daily workouts by balancing the primary movement patterns of squat, hinge, push, and pull. When incorporating  these concepts the risk of injury is significantly reduced and by using this approach we begin to develop our members' understanding of utilizing unconventional training methods and tools.

This being done in a group setting of 2-12 people brings on a sense of camaraderie, friendship, and accountability while having fun and learning. Our meticulous approach to implementing correct technique yields undeniable gains in strength, endurance, posture, and self confidence.

*all athletes/parents/guardians must fill out and sign all proper paperwork ON-SITE with staff
